What we collect

When you complete an enquiry form we collect your name, telephone number, email address, the town or postcode you give us, the service you select and the description of your rooms and windows. If you call or email us we hold the contact details and details of the work you describe.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a visit to measure and view fabrics.
• To prepare an estimate and, if you proceed, to carry out and record the work.
• To keep records required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.

Our lawful bases are your consent when you submit an enquiry, the performance of a contract once you instruct us, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

Who we share it with

We share your details only where it is necessary to deliver the work or run the business: our website and enquiry handling providers, email provider, accountant, and suppliers or fitters directly involved in your order. We do not sell your information or pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept only as long as they remain useful for correspondence and then deleted. Records relating to completed orders are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.
